Role Overview:

As a Senior Research Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a range of quantitative research projects, including the design of questionnaires for ad-hoc studies.
  • Leading small projects from start to finish, with opportunities to manage client relationships independently.
  • Contributing to the delivery of client and senior stakeholder debriefs.
  • Mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional growth.
  • Serving as a primary contact point for clients.


Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in consumer research.
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative research methodologies, with any qualitative experience being a plus.
  • Familiarity with techniques like conjoint analysis, max diff, or segmentations is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • The ability to think creatively and solve problems.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an agency environment.
