What does a recruiter do?

As a recruiter, you’re the link between a professional looking for a new role and a company who is hiring. You’ll develop business relationships with exciting companies that are in need of help in hiring and need an expert (you) to help them. You’ll head hunt exceptional people, understand what they want from their next opportunity & make magic happen
