We are looking for a dynamic Property Loss Adjuster to join a fast-paced building solutions team. If you have a passion for handling complex and varied insurance claims, both Domestic and Commercial, and enjoy the challenge of working in a constantly evolving environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you


As a Property Loss Adjuster, no two days will be the same. You’ll manage a busy caseload, working independently and as part of a supportive team. With great responsibility comes great rewards, including career development, competitive benefits, and the chance to truly make a difference


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Handle a wide variety of claims, from straightforward to complex, ensuring fast and fair resolutions.
  • Meet key performance targets, keeping claims progressing smoothly while managing your own workload.
  • Process invoices, approve estimates, and issue interim fees, all within tight deadlines.
  • Work with clients and customers, providing proactive updates and maintaining excellent relationships.
  • Detect potential fraud and recoveries, referring these cases appropriately to ensure clients are protected.
  • Deliver reports and documentation in line with service standards, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Property Loss Adjuster, with expertise in both Domestic and Commercial claims.
  • A strong background in organising and managing your workload independently.
  • Attention to detail and a natural analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Willingness to travel nationally with occasional overnight stays.
  • Availability for out-of-hours duties on a rota basis, including weekends and public holidays.
