We are seeking a meticulous and proactive IFA Administrator to support the Financial Planning Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks, enabling the advisors to focus on client engagement and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs.
  • Manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate client meetings and prepare necessary materials.
  • Maintain and update client records and databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and financial statements.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a financial services administration role is preferred.
