About the Company:


Our client, an innovative and stealth-mode biotech company, is at the forefront of developing treatments in the neuropsychiatry space. Focused on early-phase (Phase 1 & 2) clinical trials, they are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Clinical Operations to lead and manage their clinical programs. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization dedicated to transforming patient outcomes in neuropsychiatry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the planning, management, and execution of Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials, ensuring compliance with GCP and regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory affairs, and medical to align clinical operations with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Oversee protocol development, site selection, trial monitoring, and data collection, while ensuring key milestones are met.
  • Build and manage relationships with CROs, clinical sites, and external partners to ensure high-quality clinical trial delivery.
  • Drive operational improvements across the clinical operations function.


Qualifications:


  • Extensive experience in clinical operations management, with a strong focus on Phase 1/2 clinical trials.
  • Proven track record in neuropsychiatry or CNS-related therapeutic areas.
  • Deep understanding of GCP, regulatory requirements, and clinical trial management systems.
  • Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced biotech or pharmaceutical environments.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
