As a Global Benefits Analyst, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing competitive benefits programs that attract and retain top talent across the global organisation.


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, design, and implement competitive benefits programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and meet the diverse needs of our global workforce.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market research to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant with local regulations in all regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, to develop, implement, and administer benefits programs.
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service levels to ensure high-quality and cost-effective benefits delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR partners and employees on benefits-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Analyze benefits utilization, cost trends, and employee feedback to identify opportunities for program enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the benefits landscape to inform strategic decision-making and ensure compliance.
  • Analyzing, designing, and implementing pension plans that align with company objectives and comply with regulatory requirements. This involves determining eligibility criteria, contribution levels, vesting schedules, and other plan features.
  • Overseeing the investment of pension assets to achieve optimal returns while managing risk and adhering to fiduciary responsibilities. This may involve selecting and monitoring investment options, evaluating performance, and conducting periodic reviews.
  • Managing relationships with third-party service providers, such as recordkeepers, actuaries, investment managers, and consultants. This includes negotiating contracts, monitoring service levels, and resolving issues to ensure the efficient and effective administration of the pension plan.
  • Promoting employee awareness, understanding, and appreciation of the pension plan through education, communication, and engagement initiatives. This may involve conducting workshops, seminars, and online resources to empower employees to make informed decisions about their retirement benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in benefits analysis, design, and administration, preferably in a global or multi-national organization.
  • Strong understanding of global benefits practices, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in benefits administration systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
