Data Science Lead – Scotland


Our client, a leading company in the energy sector, is looking for an experienced Data Science Lead to join their team in Glasgow. In this role, you’ll lead a group of talented data professionals, driving data-driven insights that shape business strategy and deliver measurable impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nine data science professionals, delivering strategic insights that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create customized solutions that address commercial and operational challenges
  • Operate in a fast-paced environment, delivering innovative data-driven business solutions
  • Apply advanced data science techniques to develop models that influence business outcomes
  • Spearhead AI-based initiatives to generate business value
  • Drive continuous improvement to ensure the team meets deliverables
