This is a fully remote role with offices available in Exeter, Bristol and London for use.


We are seeking a motivated and ambitious ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant to join a finance team as a Financial Controller at a growing leading energy company.


About the Role:


In this exciting role, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the finance department working on the cost base of projects within the consultancy side of the business as they grow and have responsibility for the management of cashflow and its accuracy.


Responsibilities include:


  • Implementing best practice across finance department processes – ensuring those processes are streamlined, scalable, accurate and documented clearly to be digested by other stakeholders.
  • Have the confidence to work independently and communicate with senior stakeholders.


You will be a great fit if you:


  • Are ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
