Firstvets in Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne have a great opportunity for a Clinical Director or Senior Clinical Director to join our team
Our caseload is varied and is a mix of surgical and medical cases so no day is ever the same. The practice is well equipped including in-house lab, cardiac ultrasound, digital radiography, separate dental theatre, fully equipped main theatre and orthopaedic kit (Fracture repair, TTT, TPLO etc.) You will be an excellent communicator that can dynamically lead a clinical team, whilst being instrumental in strategically planning, facilitating and delivering regulatory compliance across all practices.
Provide management and leadership to both clinical and non-clinical staff
Work with the Regional Director to monitor and control the financial performance and budget of the practice
Rota
Ideally looking for a full time Vet to work 40 hours per week, but we appreciate that for some candidates, part time options may work better for commitments outside of work therefore we are happy to discuss all options. We are very understanding of work life balance and are strict and supportive of ensuring allocated breaks are taken.
