We are seeking a Hub Operations Manager to oversee the operations of multiple service locations. This role involves managing a team, ensuring service efficiency, and maintaining high standards. The position requires collaboration with recruitment, sales, and finance teams to enhance performance and secure business opportunities.
• Experience: Commercial Tyre Industry experience.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Commercial Acumen: Focus on profitability and cost control.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Customer Focus: Ability to implement customer focused strategies.
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations.
• IT Proficiency: Competent in IT systems.
• Licenses: Full UK Drivers Licence (B1), REACT certification, and Tyre Fitting Accreditations.
• Operational Management: Oversee service locations and ensure adherence to standards.
• Team Leadership: Guide Depot Managers and Technicians, and support recruitment.
• Training & Development: Ensure new staff training and evaluation.
• Business Development: Collaborate with sales to identify and secure business opportunities.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets and profitability targets.
• Customer Engagement: Attend meetings and manage client relationships.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with regulations and promote safety.
• Audit & Quality Control: Conduct audits and maintain high quality standards.
