Are you a friendly, proactive individual looking for a dynamic role in a supportive environment? We're seeking two enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join a small, dedicated team at a well-established organisation in central Winchester. This is your chance to contribute to an exciting supplier change project and make a real impact
What You'll Do:
Engage with Customers: Speak with customers over the phone, face-to-face, and online to assist with changes.
Handle enquiries: Answer calls promptly and politely, responding to enquiries and taking detailed messages.
Provide Support: Update information in our internal CRM systems and assist with general administration and forms.
Build Relationships: Create positive rapport with customers, ensuring they feel heard and supported during times of change.
Work Reactively: Tackle challenges as they arise with a can-do attitude.
Use Basic Tech: Navigate basic computer systems, including the MS Office suite.
Seek Guidance: Do not hesitate to ask questions or request help when needed.
Show Empathy: Comfort customers and manage sensitive situations with care and understanding.
Full training will be provided, and you will have a supervisor on hand and never too far away to offer support as and when you need it.
