Key Responsibilities:
* Expert refurbishment and repair of fabric and leather seats and divans.
* Upholstery of seats, carpet fitting, and covering replacement.
* Mastery in patterning, cutting, and sewing fabrics and leather materials.
* Completing covers by sewing full sets of cut patterns.
* Proficient use of industrial sewing machines.
* Consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations with high levels of service.
Qualifications:
* Vocational training in upholstery or soft goods refurbishment.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
* Excellent manual dexterity and craftsmanship.
* Competence in reading and interpreting work instructions.
* High quality awareness with precise and accurate working methods.
* Reliable and flexible, with a willingness to travel.
