Job Title: Client-Facing Paraplanner
Location: Exeter, UK - Other office locations in surrounding areas.
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 plus performance bonus & company benefits package
A growing Financial Planning business with a number of offices in the South West are looking to add a client-facing Paraplanner to the existing advice team.
The focus of the position will be helping to support the Senior Leadership with the provision of advice to their exiting client base. The position will offer an excellent opportunity to build on or develop the client interaction skills involved with financial planning as you attend all client review meetings, liaise directly with existing clients on existing advice cases and act as the main point of contact for your clients queries whilst also producing detailed suitability reports and robust financial plans to help the firm deliver first-class advice service to clients.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing and personable, with an ability to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity to take a further step towards Advice and work in a more fulfilling Paraplanning position that allows for oversight of the whole advice process
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to Existing Clients of the business and Senior Leadership Team.
- Produce high quality financial analysis and suitability letters.
- Prepare client review information for existing client meetings.
- Undertake research and produce cash flow modelling reports for clients.
- Attend annual client review meetings.
Skills/Qualifications
- Candidates will ideally hold the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Previous experience within a fast paced Paraplanning role is essential.
- An excellent communicator, who is able to to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A team player, who others can rely on.
