A bespoke developer close to Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire has a excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician to join their team
Our client has been founded for 30 years and are an award winning privately-owned developer of new homes
They have nearly 30 years’ experience creating bespoke, high-quality character properties in desirable locations within an hour of Buckinghamshire
Their new homes are built on carefully selected prime residential locations. Schemes range from larger estates to exclusive streets of 10 new homes - largest current scheme is 50 plots

Working for a bespoke developer you will enjoy being involved in the entire process from inception to completion
The Role - Architectural Technician
You will be working under an Architect on the planning side:
Planning and designing site layouts/ designing houses and preparing applications for submittal.
You will take it from writing letters to homeowners to Greenfield to building houses.
You will enjoy flexible working flexible working
The right person - Architectural Technician
* Demonstrable experience of leading similar scale residential projects –
* Confident with Revit and AutoCAD, with experience of the supporting software such as SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suite.
* Understanding of planning and Building Control legislation.
* You will be a strong communicator
* You will have creative flair.
* You will have experience of Greenfield, designing houses on it and passing it up to planning.
* You will have worked for a developer or will be with an architectural practice and will be looking to move across to work for a developer.
