Position Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular classroom teachers. You will oversee classes of secondary school students, ensuring that learning objectives are met and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage secondary school classes in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring that learning activities are carried out effectively.
Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and resources provided by classroom teachers, maintaining continuity of learning.
Manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement and achievement.
Provide support and assistance to students as needed, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
