We’re looking for an exceptional Project Manager to take the lead on our stunning Luminism Light Art projects — from enchanting Christmas Light Walks to immersive art installations at music festivals, corporate events, and private venues across the UK. This is a dynamic and creative role, perfect for someone who thrives on bringing large-scale artistic concepts to life through careful planning, collaboration, and a meticulous eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously; guiding projects from initial client brief and creative proposal through to delivery and debrief. You’ll act as the main point of contact for all Luminism clients, liaising with our Technical Project Managers, Production Director, Lighting Designers, and suppliers to ensure that every project is delivered to the highest possible standard. From scheduling and logistics to budget management and on-site coordination, you’ll own the process end-to-end, ensuring every project runs smoothly, professionally, and creatively. Be the central client contact, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Take full ownership of all Christmas Light Walk projects (approx. 4 annually), including creative planning, supplier coordination, logistics management, and on-site delivery. Work closely with our Technical Project Managers, Production Director and internal teams to ensure accurate scoping, resourcing, and delivery of installations. Manage project budgets, quotations, and invoicing, ensuring profitability and financial accuracy across all projects. Oversee the creation of client proposals and design presentations, working collaboratively with our Production Director and Lighting Designer to bring ideas to life. Conduct site visits and client meetings UK-wide, ensuring site requirements and safety standards are fully met. Maintain robust project documentation including schedules, contracts, risk assessments, and post-project reports. Identify and develop new opportunities for Luminism installations outside of the festive season; including festivals, experiential marketing, and art-led events. Represent the brand at industry and networking events, helping expand awareness of our Luminism offering. You’ll have strong experience in multi-layer event or production management, ideally with a background in light art, outdoor events, or immersive installations. You’re confident communicating with clients and creative teams alike. Presenting ideas with flair, managing budgets with precision, and coordinating complex logistics without losing sight of the bigger creative vision. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Proven track record in project management within live event production Experience managing large scale creative projects , ideally including Light Walks or outdoor experiences Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills Experience managing budgets, quotations, contracts, and invoicing Confident presenting ideas and creative concepts to clients Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Willingness to travel UK-wide and work flexibly around project schedules Availability throughout October–December, when annual leave restrictions apply due to seasonal project commitments WHY JOIN US?
