Are you the right person for the job? 5–10 years' post-qualification experience in Private Client law Strong background handling Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney Confidence in managing a varied caseload in a busy office environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first approach Willingness to take on a client-facing, face-to-face role Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A collaborative mindset, working effectively with partners, fee earners, trainees, and support staff A commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and service What will your role look like? Manage a diverse portfolio of Private Client matters Work closely with one Partner, two senior fee earners, a trainee solicitor, and support staff to deliver exceptional client care Provide expert advice and support to clients in a friendly, professional manner Contribute to a department that represents approximately 60% of the firm's billing Ensure compliance with firm procedures, maintaining high standards of client service What can you expect in return?
