Be part of a globally recognised organisation driving chemical innovation Work on challenging projects that shape the future of manufacturing processes Gain exposure to cutting-edge technology and cross-functional collaboration Your Role: Lead or support chemical development work on new and existing processes Perform analytical testing and interpret results to optimise performance Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing process challenges Prepare representative samples and determine best methods in consultation with senior colleagues Collaborate with technical teams including analytical, engineering, formulation, manufacturing, and SHE functions Document and communicate findings across all levels of the organisation What We’re Looking For: A degree in Chemistry (PhD welcome) Strong background in synthetic or process chemistry Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multi-functional teams Bonus: Experience with HPLC and GC techniques (not essential) Open to All Levels: Whether you’re an experienced Senior Process Chemist looking for a leadership role or a Process Chemist eager to develop your skills, we’d love to hear from you.
