Job Description:
As the Mobile Gas Engineer you will be working within the commercial sector, and will be undertaking the maintenance and repair on the Gas Plant. This will include fabric and basic electrical tasks of buildings when required. Furthermore you will ensure that all Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive tasks are all completed to the required legislative standard whilst ensuring all paperwork is carried out and completed within the timescale given.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor of visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and health and safety
- Issue permits, control small work and escort duties when required
- All certification is correctly completed and remedial works are clearly identified
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance
Requirements for the Role:
- Qualified up to either Level two or three City and Guilds/ NVQ
- Experience of maintenance, testing and fault finding on a variety of equipment
- Full and clean driving license
- Strong knowledge of health and safety
