Loans AdvisornDeliver the highest standards of professional advice and conduct full and thorough fact finds over the telephone to identify client needs. Based on the information provided, recommend bespoke solutions, and offer expert advice to meet customer needs based on their specific circumstances in a compliant manner.nPackage the application through to completion. This includes reviewing supporting documents and verifying accuracy.nAnalysing applicant's credit history and financial information to assess eligibility, identifying loan risk, and requesting additional information as necessary.nKeep a look out for signs of suspicious or fraudulent activity.nAssess every customer on their individual circumstances and the evidence presented, to ensure good Consumer Outcomes.nDocument a thorough suitability summary which explains the advice you have provided factoring in the customer's needs, objectives, and circumstances.nMaintain compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, procedures, and guidelines.nAchievement of minimum KPI Requirements and TargetsnReporting to Senior Team Leader to achieve monthly targets.nBuilding customer relationships by understanding their needs and requirements.nProvide exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience throughout the loan process.nResponsible for advice recommended is in line with the business appetite as well as a regulatory guideline for Responsible Lending and Consumer Duty.nKeep up to date with market knowledge and stay informed about the latest loan products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.nKeeping up to date with a monthly mandatory compliance testnExperience and skills required for the role of
