The Opportunity:

Nigel Wright Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a Head of Marketing to join a growing B2B service provider. The company has ambitious growth plans following private equity investment and as such requires a commercially driven, results orientated marketing professional to create an output focussed marketing function.

Managing a team, the Head of Marketing will devise and implement a lead generation program as well as running internal and external campaigns to promote the company services, drive customer engagement and win new business.

Role Profile:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth from strategic planning to execution.
  • Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Manage the internal and external communications plan, ensuring consistency of message and tone of voice.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, advertisements, and more.
  • Be the lead on all customer facing copy.

Person Specification:

  • Degree in Marketing, or related field.
  • A commercially driven, results orientated marketing professional with experience working in a B2B service business would be advantageous.
  • Experience managing a multi-disciplined marketing team.
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
  • Have experience in building and running multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
