Responsibilities Conduct detailed market research and analysis on FX, indices, commodities, and cryptocurrency CFDs, focusing on price movement, market sentiment, and macro factors. Prepare regular internal reports, analytical summaries, and strategic recommendations for trading, marketing, and content teams. Track and interpret macroeconomic indicators, central bank policies, and geopolitical events relevant to global markets. Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to produce educational and promotional materials reflecting current market trends. Maintain databases and dashboards tracking key market metrics; automate reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy. Deliver weekly/monthly market outlooks and host webinars for internal stakeholders and clients on actionable sector trends. Monitor and analyse competitor activity, client behaviour, and digital engagement metrics to identify business growth opportunities. Publish timely market news and social media updates in partnership with the Design and Marketing teams. Communicate complex findings clearly for technical and non-technical audiences alike, supporting the company's commitment to transparency and education. Comply with EC Markets’ policies and relevant industry regulations while delivering reliable market insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. Required Skills Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to produce accurate market research within set deadlines. Proficiency in data analytics tools, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts), and presentation software such as PowerPoint. Understanding of financial instruments, economic theory, and market analysis principles; experience with trading platforms (MetaTrader, TradingView) desirable. Capability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences, including clients and colleagues. Team-oriented, able to coordinate projects with multiple internal teams and stakeholders. Experience in market research, analytics, or similar roles is an advantage but not essential; enthusiasm for learning and professional development welcomed. Preferred Skills Certification in financial markets or trading (e.g., CMT, CISI) and prior experience in financial services preferred but not required.
