My client is looking to add to their ever-growing team and are looking for an Ocean Import Operator
Job Role
As an ocean freight operator, you will be part of a team, providing excellent customer service, clearance, quotes, arranging shipments and deliveries.
Duties & Responsibilities
Working closely with internal and external customers and the operations manager
Meeting tight deadlines
Issuing and arranging collections and deliveries
Creating and booking shipments
Managing tight deadlines 
Skills & Experience
Previous ocean import operational experience
End to end customs imports 
Knowledge in of the international transportation and logistics industry, in ocean freight 
Excellent customer service skills and understanding of IT systems
Ability to negotiate and invoice
