Join our client's dynamic and innovative team as a Despatch Operative As an integral part of their organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of goods. With an attractive hourly rate of £13.33, this temporary full-time position is based in Rochester.
Responsibilities:
Unload and load deliveries
Use our client's business software system to issue goods
Pack and prepare goods for forward shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Perform inventory checking and reconciliation
Move stock between buildings
Maintain accurate records of all goods received and dispatchedRequirements:
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of tasks
Current Counterbalance forklift licence
Possession of a driving licence
Experience with 123 is desirable, but training can be provided
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
