Job Summary:nWe are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, and troubleshooting Polytex machines and software to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong engineering background and a passion for technical excellence.nKey Responsibilities:nPerform routine maintenance and servicing of Polytex equipment.nInstall and set up new Polytex machines and software at customer sites.nDiagnose and repair mechanical and technical issues with Polytex machines and software.nConduct regular inspections and performance tests.nProvide technical support and training to customers on Polytex machines and software.nMaintain detailed service records and documentation.nCollaborate with the customer support team to address client needs.nStay updated on the latest Polytex equipment technologies and software advancements.nEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standards.nQualifications:nBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Practical Engineering.nMinimum of 5 years of experience in servicing multidisciplinary machines or similar machinery.nStrong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.nExperience with multidisciplinary machines and software is highly desirable.nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.nFlexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.nValid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.nBenefits:nCompetitive salary and benefits package.nOpportunities for professional development and growth.nSupportive and dynamic work environment.nPlease send a CV and cover letter to: **Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
