As Project Coordinator you will provide direct support to the Project Director, acting as the internal point of contact for both clients and colleagues. You will help oversee a high volume of design and installation projects, working closely with all stakeholders.
It is a fast paced and varied role and would be well suited to an individual who is able to think on their feet. You must be able to adapt to a changing work load, prioritise accordingly and maintain an organised project portfolio.
Experience of working in a similar position would be an advantage but not essential. Previous experience of working in the fire, safety or security industries would be a definite benefit.
This is a key role within a growing business. Hard work will be rewarded and opportunities to progress in this field will be encouraged.

The Company:
* A dynamic and ambitious SME with multiple offices across the UK.

The Job – Project Coordinator:
* Provide direct support to the Project Director.
* Oversee all admin, correspondence and paperwork for ongoing and future projects.
* Manage the Project Directors inbox and organise accordingly.
* Maintain communication with all stakeholders involved.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
* Organise and maintain project folders.
* Liaise with clients and third parties.
* Update and manage internal database.
The Individual:
* Happy and adept to work at a fast pace.
* Organised.
* Able to prioritise and keep on top of a high volume of projects.
* Strong communicator, able to work effectively with the Project Director and liaise with clients and colleagues.
* Strong administration skills.
