CE Solutions are proud to be working with Phat Boi. Phat Boi is an exciting new venture due to open in 4 weeks in July. They are urgently looking for full time and part time staff members to help run the kitchen down at Dunkertons Park in Cheltenham.
The role:
What you’ll do…
* Supporting other members of the team to run the kitchen
* Prepping food/ taking orders
* Opening and closing
* Stock rotation / management
There may be other associated duties connected to this role that would be expected to be carried out during shift.
The candidate: The ideal candidate will be flexible when it comes to working hours as weekend working will be required. This will be a hands-on role where everyone works together to help grow Phat Boi once open (due to open in July)
What you’ll need…
* Previous experience of folding/making Dim Sum, e.g xiao long bao
* A full Driving Licence with daily access to your own vehicle (due to location)
* Level 2 qualification in Food and Hygiene
* Being able to speak any of the following languages; Chinese/Mandarin/Taiwanese/Cantonese would be highly advantageous.

Monday/Tuesday: 2/3pm – 10//1pm
Wednesday/Thursday: 9am/10am – 10/11pm
Friday/Saturday/Sunday: 8am – 10/11pm
