Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and matching candidates to temporary or permanent positions with a range of different clients. The role involves building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Utilise various sourcing techniques to attract top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
· Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
· Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and placement.
· Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process, including resume writing, interview preparation, and career advice.
· Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for success.
· Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Previous experience in a customer facing or sales based role
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering exceptional results.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
· Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and overcome obstacles.
