Looking for a dynamic new role working night shifts?
Join a local team in the County of Conwy as a Night Receptionist on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, and play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for guests.
An SIA license is preferred but not essential for this role, as the successful candidate can work towards obtaining a license
Job Summary:
As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for monitoring the premises, providing customer service to onsite guests, handling bookings and relevant administration, and ensuring the site is secure at all times
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing bookings, updating guest information for arrivals and departures
- Manage the reception desk, operating the switchboard and handling enquiries
- Promptly report and respond to any potential security incidents and emergencies
- Using computer systems to ensure guest information is accurate and up-to-date
- Handle administrative and customer service duties including any evening or night-time bookings
- Provide assistance to events and maintenance teams as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration position
- An SIA license is preferred, but can be obtained within the role for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert at all times
- Excellent communication skills to relay information effectively
