Role OverviewAs our inaugural Ops Manager hire at Home, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the daily operations of the company. This role involves managing our valued team of staff, improving operational efficiency, ensuring quality service delivery, and driving customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will work closely with the COO to align operational strategies with the company’s goals and ensure seamless service delivery
Core Responsibilities- Line Manage all Ops Function Leaders (circa 3-5 headcount)
- Deliver Operational performance metrics across all functions (Laundry, Cleaning, Minibar, Dog Services, Valet etc)
- Ensure a six-star customer experience across all services
- Work closely with function leaders to build and optimise processes across all operational functions
- Lead and deliver on business-wide improvement projects alongside senior leadership
- Work with the COO to build a scalable operating model and playbook to facilitate rocket-ship growth
