This role will be key to understanding and managing the capabilities needed to address business/regulatory deliverables.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Managing resources, schedules, financials and adhering to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.

Role ResponsibilitiesnCollaborate with stakeholders and report to them on a regular basisnEnsure projects remain on schedule, within budget and in scopenCreate, manage and distribute project communications, including charters, schedules, and budgetsnLead team through the execution of projectsnAssist in business development, such as proposals, RFPs, and estimatesnMonitor and report on the project’s progress and performancenPlan, schedule and track projects and staffingnEstablish key metrics, KPIsnDevelop project controls and risk management proceduresnResponsible for training, managing and motivating team membersnResolve technical and operational issuesnManagement of project risks and dependencies

Experience RequirednKnowledgenProven track record as a lead Project Manager within financial servicesnProven track record working as a lead Project Manager on wide variety of Regulatory Initiatives such as LiBOR, SFDR etc.nManagement of external partners and suppliersnAbility to create and define operating modelsnExposure to a wide spectrum of financial products including ETD, OTC, FI, Equity, and their associated market practice / processesnUnderstanding and demonstrable knowledge of a buy side asset managernExposure and understanding of both Middle and Back Office processes and suppliers and exposure to managing middle/back-office transitions
