Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Proman Recruitment is looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join our Client team in Wakefield, West Workshire on a temporary basis. The candidate will be responsible for the installation of plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, and gas systems, ensuring they meet all regulatory standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
installation of plumbing systems in new and existing commercial buildings.
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other engineers to ensure installations are completed on time and within budget.
Inspect and test plumbing systems to ensure they function properly and comply with specifications.
Health & Safety:
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH, Gas Safe, and WRAS guidelines.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to protect workers and building occupants.
Qualifications:
Certification: NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, Gas Safe Registration, WRAS certification, and CSCS card.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial plumbing engineering, with a strong understanding of plumbing system design, installation, and maintenance.
Start date on site: 19/08/2024 at 7am. We will be running interview this week through teams. See below expected working hours:
Monday – Thursday       7am to 7pm
Friday                             7am to 5pm
Saturday                        7am to 4pm
Sunday                          7am to 4pm
