What will your job involve?


  • Use job boards and LinkedIn to source, screen, and register qualified candidates
  • Evaluate candidate experience and skills to match them with suitable positions
  • Format CVs into our house style and uploading them to firm portals
  • Assist with writing and posting job adverts
  • Coordinate interviews, liaising with candidates and HR representatives
  • Keep accurate records of all conversations and activities using our applicant tracking system
  • Become a subject matter in our niche - law firm risk and compliance
