Carbon60 are looking to recruit a Technical Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Reading.
ROLE: Technical Advisor
SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum (PAYE)
JOB TYPE: 6 months with extension likely
LOCATION: Reading (RH1)
HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
THE ROLE:
Working as a Technical Advisor within the Metering team you will be responsible for resolving complex billing and metering queries.
Consult with the service providers regularly to provide weekly reports to the customers.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all queries are addressed promptly and effectively, whether communicated through email or over the phone.
Display flexibility and a proactive mindset in managing a diverse customer base, ensuring that service levels remain high even when juggling multiple tasks and adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
Excel in a customer relations capacity, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including those within the company and external partners, contributing to a cohesive business environment
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Previous experience of working within a Customer Service environment (1 Year +).
Excellent problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.Good Knowledge of Microsoft office applications including analysing excel based data
