Internal Business Development Manager required for an Electronics solutions provider and value add supplier (electronic components, embedded solutions, displays, printers, fans, etc) based in the Reading (Theale) area.
Internal Senior Sales Executive - Electronics Position Overview
Generation and Development of new Business:
Proactively generate new customer prospects and manage accounts throughout the sales cycle.
Achieve agreed-upon order generation and development targets annually, meeting Company-defined margins.
Attract and cultivate leads, opportunities, and key customer relationships aligned within the company's products and vertical markets.
Identify sales opportunities in new and expanding vertical markets.
Generation and Development of Existing Business:
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers/accounts.
Identify and cultivate new opportunities within the current customer base.
Grow and enhance existing customer base through cross selling and new product introductions.
Handle incoming sales inquiries professionally.
Maintain customer records, prepare quotations, and generate necessary reports using Company Systems.
Create and deliver presentations, literature, and other materials as required.
Generate and present monthly sales/orders forecasts to support sales figures and initiatives.
Resolve customer issues related to product selection, pricing, and supply.
Support marketing and communication activities.
Collaborate with suppliers as needed.
Internal Senior Sales Executive - Electronics Position Requirements
Must be happy to be in office everyday.
A technical or other suitable qualification - preferably to HNC level.
Experience of selling connectors/components.Knowledge of the following beneficial:

Interconnection and Connector Technology
Thermal Print systems
Fans
Relays
Static protection
Capacitors
Circuit Protection
Internal Senior Sales Executive - Electronics - Electronics Position Remuneration
Circa £40k-£45k Basic - OTE £45k - £50k Depending on Experience
