An industry leading agricultural business dedicated to high standards of farming and animal welfare is seeking a versatile and motivated Multi-Skilled Farm Worker to join their team. This is a full-time position offering £11.45 an hour.
  
As the Farm Worker your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Assisting with static Baling line operations, manual work with some telehandler/forklift work.
Operating and maintaining farm machinery doing general farm duties.
Assisting with cattle handling, daily checks, and feeding.
General farm maintenance.
Providing holiday and absence cover on the farm as per the needs of the business.   
The Farm Worker will have the following skills and experience:
Methodical approach to work with a Positive ‘Can Do’ attitude, with a good work ethic is essential.
Confident working alone and unsupervised and ability to use own initiative is a must.
Physically fit as manual labour will be expected
Some experience work in a similar role or with livestock would be a distinct advantage
Proficient in English, both in comprehension and communication.   
You will be expected to work on the farm in Shropshire and have a flexible approach to work and be available as per the needs of the business.
  
Appointment will be subject to right to work checks and satisfactory references.
