Workshop Supervisor

You will be a time serviced Cabinet Maker and be able to lead a team, train apprentices and be actively involved in quality, health and safety of the workshop.
Desirable qualities would include:
• A keen eye for, and attention to detail
• The ability to work under their own initiative as well as demonstrating leadership abilities and guided the team
• The ability to prioritise workloads
• Good organisational skills
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and the ability to respond positively to changing demands
The position is full-time (40-hour week), working on a 4-day shift pattern Monday to Thursday 07:00-17:30 based in our Norfolk workshops.
Some sitework and associated travel may be required from time to time.
