General Foreman WTW

Our Client is looking for an experienced General Foreman to work on a Water Treatment project. Initially for 4 months but there is a good possibility of continuation.
We need the candidate to have the following skills and be able to push a job on safely and with the right attitude
• Ensure works are being planned and carried out in a safe manner.
• Participate in the preparation of RAMS with the Site Manager
• Ensure that all employees are inducted, made aware of the site rules and signed on to all relevant documentation, e.g. Inductions, RAMS, SPA’s, Permits etc.
• Management and control of health and safety issues on site (including sub-contractors).
• Understand the projects requirements with regards to specifications, drawings etc. and ensure compliance on site.
• Ensure all works are completed to a high standard, identify and rectify any defects in a timely manner and produce ‘Client Sign-off’ once works are satisfactorily completed.
• Manage and control plant and equipment on site.
Training as a minimum
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• EUSR Water Hygiene
• CSCS
