About the role:

Never Fully Dressed, the brand known for bold prints in statement colours, creative styling and inclusive sizing are looking for a full-time online Customer Service Advisor to join the team.

We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, with a natural flair for multitasking.nThe candidate must be passionate about delivering amazing customer service and maintain a professional and friendly manner throughout every customer contact, ensuring customers receive a swift and knowledgeable response.

Responsibilities:nOnline customer support, answering questions via our multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social medianEnsuring social media is monitored while on shiftnCovering the online personal shopping function via live chatnOpening investigations with external partners to resolve customer enquiriesnAdding investigation data to communal spreadsheetsnAssisting management with daily tasksnMaking decisions on problems raisednResponding to customer reviews

Candidate requirements:n1 – 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the fashion or retail industrynLooking to grow within the customer service departmentnStrong written and verbal communication skillsnAn eye for style and can offer styling advice to customersnA team player who is happy to support colleagues and work together to ensurenthe smooth running of the departmentnGood decision-making skillsnProblem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming challengesnMultitasking, ensuring multiple channels are covered and responded tonFlexibility around shift pattern
