We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade to join our housing repair team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry and joinery tasks, along with other maintenance duties, to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform all aspects of carpentry and joinery work, including repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential properties
Carry out basic plumbing, tiling, and decorating tasks as required
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with safety regulations
Communicate effectively with tenants and provide excellent customer service
Manage time effectively and work to project deadlines
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Multi-Trade or in a similar role within housing repair and maintenance
Proficiency in various carpentry and joinery techniques
Basic plumbing, tiling, and decorating skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Full clean driving license
