The Governing Body and Head Teacherare extremely proud of our children and are seeking to appoint a Level 2Teaching Assistant. We seek individuals whoare passionate and sensitive to the needs of working with children who are fromdisadvantaged backgrounds.
Thepost requires you to have experience of working in a school and/or nurserysetting, have an NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and evidence of competency inMaths and English at GCSE level. The successful candidate will have highaspirations and excellent levels of spoken English.
Wewould expect that you have experience of working with children and have agenuine passion to help children flourish in our school.
We are looking for someone who:
- Experienceof working in childcare settings and/or school
- Has agood knowledge and experience of child development
- Works inclose collaboration with colleagues as a valued member of a team.
- Isinnovative and creative in their style of approach
