We are excited to offer a position for a **Junior Full Stack Python/Django Developer** to join a vibrant team (Stratford / Hackney Wick), London. This is a hybrid role requiring up to four days of on-site work per week.

As a member of the agile development team, you will play a key role in enhancing industry-leading technologies designed to help businesses worldwide in their decarbonization efforts.

What will you be responsible for?

- Design, build, and maintain all layers of their technology stack, from the user interface down to the database.n- Actively participate in the ideation, design, and implementation of their applications.n- Support application testing to ensure they meet high standards of security, responsiveness, and efficiency.n- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within applications and associated systems.n- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and systems.n- Develop robust relationships with team members, suppliers, and customers to ensure the seamless execution of projects.n- Take initiative and demonstrate leadership in managing tasks and resolving problems.

What Experience and Skills will you need to thrive in this role?

- Solid understanding of programming principles, preferably with a foundation in Python or a similar language.n- Experience in developing web applications using Django or another MVC framework.n- Proficiency in building RESTful APIs.n- Familiarity with front-end technologies including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and Bootstrap.n- Experience with source control tools like Git.n- Understanding of or experience with cloud-based architectures, such as Amazon Web Services, is a plus.n- Experience in UI/UX design is beneficial but not required.n- Strong analytical skills, quick learning ability, and excellent time management.n- Passionate about sustainability, with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.n- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to forge positive relationships both internally and externally.
