We are looking for two dynamic and experienced PMO Lead to join our team and play a critical role in managing and overseeing our project portfolio. With a starting salary of £52,580 this is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can drive best practices in project management and ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives.


Job Purpose

To provide management and leadership to the delivery of designated Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority Programmes, (CPCA), ensuring that delivery of the programme meets agreed benefits profiles, timescales and budgets as agreed by CPCA Board and Corporate Plan.


Key Responsibilities

Providing effective leadership to the designated programme, leading, managing and motivating all partners and stakeholders to achieve the CPCA objectives and agreed priority outcomes.

Implementing the Single Assurance, Performance Management and Risk Management frameworks, ensuring that the wide range of projects are co-ordinated and sequenced as a whole, and keeping an overview of individual project progress, issues and risks.

Working closely with key stakeholders and public sector partners to ensure that the vision for the CPCA is delivered.
