About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis, starting in November 2024. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who thrives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. As the EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, creative, and interactive lessons to young learners, setting the foundation for their educational journey. You will work closely with a team of experienced EYFS practitioners, sharing best practices and contributing to a dynamic and vibrant teaching environment. This role is perfect for someone who is innovative, adaptable, and dedicated to nurturing the development of each child, ensuring they grow into confident and independent learners.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience teaching within the EYFS framework.
• Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the varying needs and abilities of all students.
• Create a stimulating and engaging classroom environment that encourages creativity and curiosity.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear learning objectives.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share resources, ideas, and strategies to enhance teaching and learning within the EYFS setting.
• Establish strong relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and involving them in their child’s learning journey.
