Position: Cutover Manager
Contract Duration: ASAP - 8 Month Contract, with the possibility of an extension.
Location: GL1 2TG
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Pay Rate: £529.26 Per Day (PAYE), UMBRELLA also available.
Role Overview:
This is a significant role which will help GCC capitalise on its new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The role holder will meticulously plan, lead, and manage the activities that will safely transition the GCC business through their SAP S/4 HANA and SuccessFactors implementation and go live. The role holder will be part of the ERP leadership team manage a range of internal staff and contractors, and partner with GCC's identified stakeholders, to plan and execute the cutover activities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the cutover strategy to set the proposed approach and governance arrangements for the planning, rehearsing and executing cutover and post-go-live activities.
Communicate the strategy with key stakeholders across GCC and their partners to build an understanding of the requirements, resources and timescales involved.
Partner with key members of the programme team, GCC technical delivery partner and the GCC business to meticulously plan the business and technical cutover activities.
Build the detailed cutover checklist in conjunction with the programme team to ensure the right quality gateways and decision-making points are mapped in the integrated programme plan.
Plan, manage and execute a Full Dress Rehearsal (FDR) to test the cutover plan and report on the outcomes. Ensure any issues are reviewed, and replanned in a final cutover planQualifications:
Significant experience in planning, leading and managing ERP cutovers within a complex environment and including a significant system change.
Experience of simultaneous go-live for Finance, HR and Procurement systems.
Ideally have experience with SAP S/4 HANA, SuccessFactors and Ariba system implementations.
Experience and knowledge of data migration activities between source and target systems.
Leading and developing team members for enhanced effectiveness and future career paths.
Lead and manage a team of professionals.
Good understanding of ICT and ERP systems.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to succinctly deliver key messages to the Programme Board and broader HR stakeholders.
