Nutrade Recruitment work with various M&E contractors across the country on commercial and industrial sites.
We are working with an electrical contractor who is looking for a “Skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician” to join their team, to work on a quarry facility in the Hope Valley area.
Candidates Must have previously worked within a similar environment, on conveyors, motors, controls, plcs, along with experience in the following areas;
· Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
· Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring, fixtures.
· Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems and industrial automation systems.
· Good team player and able to communicate.
· Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
· Ability to read technical diagrams.
· Identify and resolve electrical problems.
· Solid understanding of safety procedures.
Qualifications required:
· NVQ 3 or Equivalent
· BS7671 18TH Edition Regulations
· 2 Years Industrial Experience
· Full UK Driving License
This will be a temporary to a permanent position and will lead to excellent career prospects with a great pension scheme, 28 days holiday, work wear and company training.
Weekend work is available
Salary/hourly rates depend on experience and qualifications
