Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests and manage incoming calls, ensuring efficient distribution or message-taking.nProactively manage office supplies procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness.nCoordinate essential services such as maintenance, mail, cleaning, and catering.nMaintain office premises and oversee external contractor work.nAssist in financial tasks such as purchase requisitions, cashflow forecasts, and budget maintenance.nCoordinate courier services and manage postal correspondence.nAssist in organising staff events and training sessions.nArrange travel and accommodation for team members.nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage office security access.nMaintain inventory of IT equipment and assist in distribution to staff.nProvide general administrative support to the management team.
