Follow a set of instructions for each job
Sew different fabrics like cotton, wool, leather or industrial textiles.
Use sewing machines to sew or decorate clothing and other products
Keep machines stocked with thread, position material under needles, and guide their stitching to sew parts together
When a product is finished, measure each item to ensure accuracy
 The right candidate
Experience of using a sewing machine – at home or in a professional capacity
Knowledge of hand sewing techniques.
Ability to read patterns and instruction sheets
