Position: Teaching Assistant 
Location:  Chelmsford
Salary Scale: £84-£100 per day
Contract Type: Full-time 
Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant: 
As a Teaching Assistant you will assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. 
Provide support to individual students or small groups based on their learning needs. 
As a Teaching Assistant you will foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement. 
Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies. 
As a Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment. 
Qualifications and Skills: 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success. 
Initiative and a willingness to collaborate with the teaching team.
