We are often asked what we do. Naturally we don’t share private details, and every client uses the service differently to make their life run more smoothly.


From household fix list; the family holiday; home Wi-Fi problems; expenses; window cleaning; house moves; great gift ideas; car MOT reminders; hanging pictures; mock exam downloads; a broken iPad; rug cleaning; dishwasher breakdowns; dentist appointments; school uniform; organising photos; finding a nanny, gardener, cleaner, dog walker.. through to project management of a full property renovation. And everything in between.


We make sure it is easy for our clients to work with us. A first in our industry, our 'Delegate' phone app allows clients to send tasks on the go, make quick decisions, accept appointments straight to their phone’s calendar, and see progress in real time.


We also work with WhatsApp messaging, Zoom and all the usual forms of communication to make sure we are accessible. All our clients need do is send a message when something comes to mind.


Our systems were built in-house for maximum security, and to enable us to be transparent and accountable in all we do.


The Role

This is a part-time remote role as Lead Virtual Assistant at Consider it Done. The Lead VA will be responsible for executing tasks to a high standard and overseeing a portfolio of our clients. Some on a one to one basis, and some in co-ordination with other team members.


As well as looking after clients, they will also be looking for opportuntiies to generate more work upstream by building stronger bonds with clients over time and keeping them engaged, seeking out more ways to be of help, and leveraging partnerships and alliances built by Consider it Done. They will be rewarded for bringing new clients to the company.


The Team

As a Lead Virtual Assistant at Consider it Done you'll be a core member of the Team. We will guide you through the early stages, to introduce you to clients, systems, processes and standards expected. You'll always have support on hand as you need it. In time you'll have growing empowerment to fulfil the opportunity the role brings, as well as your own potential.


And you:

  • Are UK based and available a min of 20 hours a week during business hours
  • Have a min of 3 years’ in a HNW PA support role, either exclusively managing the home life of their principle or client, or with a significant element of personal lifestyle support within a business environment
  • Bring excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, (languages are an advantage)
  • Offer outstanding organisational skills, time efficiency and attention to detail
  • Have strong IT skills, including the Office suite, and also in the tech beyond this
  • Are a confident self-starter with a can-do attitude, who takes initiative though isn’t afraid to ask for support from the team
  • Are ‘Bomb-proof’ with a calm, resilient, mature outlook and approach
  • Will take inspired ownership of the role, you're 'all in' and can see the bigger CiD picture
